To be linked to the Online Maps subscription system, users must make an initial payment, either offline or online

For an online payment, users willl be taken through to a secure MWEB SafeShop Payment site and once the payment is processed, will have access to the online maps. Please note that your credit card details are only processed through MWEB SafeShop Payment Gateway - at no time are your credit card details entered in or stored in the City of Johannesburg's system.

For the initial offline payment, a registered user MUST follow the following process:
        1.  Fill in the form on the offline payment page, where the total cost will be calculated for the required              period of access,
        2.  Accept the quote that will be displayed
        3.  Accept the Terms and Conditions
        4.  Submit the payment details
        5.  Make the payment as quoted on into the City of Johannesburg Corporate GIS Bank account by
             »  Online Bank Transfer (Internet Banking)
             »  Deposit at a bank
             »  Deposit at a Council Cashier (to make this payment the user would need to go to the                    Corporate GIS offices at the 8th Floor, A Block, Metropolitan Centre, Braamfontein.)
        6.  Fax the proof of payment through to Corporate GIS (011) 339 3677 or e-mail to              cgispayments@joburg.org.za

Cheques are to be made payable to City of Johannesburg

For an individual user, the Reference number required for the deposit is made up of the letters 'GISI' and your ID Number (13 characters)
         e.g. GISI7002305834156

For a company user, the Reference number required for the deposit is made up of the letters 'GISI' and your Company Number (maximum of 13 characters)
         e.g. GISI5489564891974

Please ensure the reference number is correct as without the correct reference number, your payment will not be recorded.

 Please note that payments are made either to a company account or to an individuals' account.
